Linley Point is a suburb of Sydney, in the state of New South Wales, Australia.
Linley Point is part of the Municipality of Lane Cove and is adjacent to Hunters Hill. It is surrounded by water on three sides, and the only access by road is from View Street, off Burns Bay Road. A middle class suburb, it has recently undergone significant redevelopment, particularly of older houses. Views to the Sydney CBD and the Sydney Harbour Bridge with Hunters Hill and St Ignatius' College, Riverview in the foregound are the area's primary attraction. It has about 100 houses.
